1. About Keysolvia

You must provide accurate and current contact, billing, and payment information. Please check your email address carefully, as incorrect details may prevent delivery of your digital purchase.

3. Digital products and licence conditions

If the supplied product is defective, invalid, or does not match its description, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

For support, provide your order number, product name, and the exact error message where available. Do not disclose passwords or full payment card details, and conceal full activation keys in screenshots.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order or request a refund. Requests are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Any restriction relating to delivery, disclosure, download, or activation of digital products applies only where legally permitted and properly communicated. We do not impose a blanket exclusion of statutory cancellation rights or remedies for defective, invalid, undelivered, or incorrectly described products.

Where applicable law requires express consent or acknowledgement before immediate digital fulfilment affects a cancellation right, that consent must be obtained separately. These Terms alone do not constitute that consent.
